Shipping Information

BrassBarn gladly pays for free ground shipping for every order valued over $300, using FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on the order. However, should you return any merchandise, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund.

Orders outside the contiguous 48 states will have a shipping fee added, depending on the destination, the size and weight of the package, and the cost of the merchandise.

Ground delivery times range from 1 to 6 business days. Orders outside the contiguous 48 states may take longer to deliver, depending on the method of delivery selected.

You will receive a shipment tracking number by email when your order is shipped from our warehouse.

Returns

Except for damaged or defective items, shipping charges will be deducted from any refunds given.

Shipping Restrictions

The United States Postal Service is used for APO and FPO addresses as other shippers do not deliver to these destinations. Air and ground shipment times are in business days only and exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping and Delivery Problems

If a shipped order is lost or damaged, the carrier must conduct an investigation. Please contact BrassBarn to start a tracer within 10 business days of the item shipping from our warehouse. If the package cannot be located, the carrier will process a claim for the package, which may take up to two weeks to complete. When the carrier claims responsibility for the loss or damage of your shipped item(s), insurance reimbursement will be issued to BrassBarn and the replacement item(s) will be shipped out. If the item(s) is no longer available, and a similar item is rejected, BrassBarn will gladly refund your original payment.

If you notice any discrepancies with your order or if the item delivered is the wrong item, please contact BrassBarn to have your order corrected. Product discrepancies not reported to BrassBarn within 5 days may not be eligible for replacement. Do not use items that you believe are incorrect as usage may void our ability to exchange or replace the items. Please contact us within 5 days of receiving your shipment if your item is defective. You may be asked to provide photos of the defect(s) to help us better assist you.

Packaging

BrassBarn reserves the right to replace original packaging of products sold if the original packaging is unfit for safe delivery. BrassBarn cannot guarantee a replacement of the manufacturer’s original packaging.
