Returns & Exchanges
You may exchange or return your purchase for a refund (excluding shipping and insurance charges) within 14 days from shipping from our warehouse.
Returns are subject to a Return Merchandise Authorization from BrassBarn. The cost of shipping will be deducted from your total refund. You can request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number by going to the Return Center or by calling BrassBarn.com. Some items on BrassBarn.com may be considered "Special Order" items and may have a limited return policy (please see the Special Orders section below). All merchandise, accessories, manuals, and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise. Returns that satisfy these requirements will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (unless it is a special order: see Special Orders section, below).
All returned or exchanged items must:
- be in new condition
- be in their original packaging
- include all accessories, manuals, and packing materials
Return Shipping
Ship by insured ground service (FedEx, UPS, or USPS) with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and require insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
ANY SIGN OF WEAR, REMOVAL OF, OR MISSING PARTS WILL RESULT IN THE REFUSAL OF YOUR RETURN.
If you notice any discrepancy or damage when receiving your merchandise, or if the wrong item was delivered, you must call or email us no later than 24 hours after receiving the item. In the event of damage, failure to notify us within 24 hours voids any shipping insurance policy provided by the shipping provider, such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other provider. When damage is reported, we will require photos of the damage in order for an insurance claim submission to be accepted.
Special Orders
Select items sold by BrassBarn may be considered a "Special Order" and subject to a limited return policy. A "Special Order" may be:
- an item that we do not have in the warehouse
- an item that we do not have listed on BrassBarn.com that is specially ordered from a distributor
The return of a "Special Order" item will have a restocking fee of 20% or be subject to final sale policies unless otherwise agreed to in advance by BrassBarn.com staff via e-mail or mail.
